Your designs stay private.

What the studio stores

We store your saved design, original uploaded artwork, size quantities and the name, email, phone number and notes you submit with a quotation or order request. We use those details to respond and prepare your garment order.

Artwork is stored privately outside the public website folder. Original files are preserved for print review. Upload only artwork you own or are allowed to reproduce.

Saved links & cookies

A private return link grants access to its design. Keep it like a password. The studio uses an essential session cookie and a private-design cookie lasting up to 30 days. It can keep a local draft in your browser for up to seven days. Clearing browser data may remove local draft access; a saved return link still works while the design is retained.

Retention

Unordered drafts and quotation records expire after 90 days when the website’s maintenance process runs. Unlinked uploads expire after 24 hours. Artwork attached to an order is retained for the shop’s order and production records. Contact the shop about access or deletion of your details.

Production files

Digital garment colours and mockups are illustrative. Composite artwork exports use RGB pixels at 300 DPI. Low-resolution source files stay low resolution. SVG and PDF originals are preserved for the print operator; their previews are rasterized in the composite artwork. The PDF is a production summary. Final artwork, print method, delivery and payment must be confirmed by the shop.
